I hadn't a clue what they wanted from us as affiliates - I was confused - to say the least. When I heard about the whole CJ thing, I was going to drop them. But unfortunately they've got some pretty good affiliates that I'd love to work with. So it's like playing with the devil on this one. The privacy statement looks good to me (but I'm no lawyer either... haha!) and plan on using something like that on my sites that use CJ.
