Oh, so I’m not the only one the TextLinkAds bot can’t read ads on

I posted recently that TextLinkAds keeps taking this site out of their ad marketplacebecause their bot can’t find the ads, which have been running continuously with no interruptions in hosting or anything ever since they were first bought. After I email them, they always manage to find it, but that takes about 24 hours - during which time my sites aren’t available to people buying ads.
Turns out they definitely know they have a problem - they just don’t care. Dave at ap4a has been back and forth with them because they’re using an empty user agent for their bot, just like most spammers and hackers.
Get a clue, : if you make like a spammer, don’t be shocked when sites block you. This is very irritating. Knowing they have a problem, they could at least send a human to confirm the visibility of the ad before putting you through the hassle.
I’m glad to see my LinkWorth earnings are increasing. If TLA chooses not to do anything about this, we may see a big influx of people moving over to LinkWorth. Now that they have a Wordpress plugin, their system is well on the way to being more flexible and useful than TLA’s anyway.
