My March to do list
I’ve got all my hosting and theming stuff done now. I took a good look at all my sites and realized a few things.
- A sort of link-cloaking thing I had going on two affiliate sites was broken. No wonder I wasn’t getting sales. I dumped it and went back to the naked links.
- I have a batch of sites that are bringing in $21-68 per month that take no maintenance. I can build more of these really quickly. Why on earth don’t I?
- I have some other sites bringing in that kind of revenue, but they’re a lot harder work (the original blogs). Still, I think the original blogs may bring in hundreds per month eventually. Whereas the other sites probably aren’t going to go above $70/month, ever.
Here’s what I’m going to be working on in the near future.
- Post like crazy on my original blogs.
- Building new sites like the low-maintenance $21-68 ones. I’m going to call this Project 2168 for future reference. My goal right now is to build ten. In time, that should bring in an extra $200-700 per month.
- Clean up dead links from my affiliate sites. I haven’t done this in ages.
I’m kind of in shock, because this is the first doable to do list I’ve concocted since I started all this. I mean, I can do this. And wow at the extra income.
I still have longterm goals this doesn’t address, but I’ll get to those when I figure out what to do about them.
