LinkWorth test update

I said back in February that I was testing whether you can sell nofollow text link ads via LinkWorth, now that they’re offering them. I also promised to update you in March.
As I reported near the end of February, I did indeed sell one nofollow link. So far, it’s the only one. But they did renew in March, when a lot of my advertisers dropped out for some reason (tax season? fear of daylight savings? bigass looming recession in the US?), which I found encouraging.
Considering all factors, I’m not disappointed with these results. There were plenty of months when I only sold one or two ads through LinkWorth back before nofollowing them. They don’t have the marketplace has… but they don’t hide URLs from potential advertisers, they offer no-follow instead of trying to sneak stuff past Google, and they allow you to code your own links into your site any way you please, so long as it looks exactly like the advertiser intended.
