July Earnings

by Sapphire (August 1, 2007)

This July, I made: $355.57. Yeah, that’s a little lower than I estimated the other day - I suck at math. This time I’m right though! No, really. Sources of income, in order from highest to lowest:

  • : not the most ads sold, but I had an affiliate payout of $25
  • LinkWorth: with two affiliate payouts of $10 each (and they only pay out for advertising clients)
  • Sponsored Reviews
  • Directory link direct sales
  • AdEngage
  • CrispAds

This month, I’ve started off with $283.63. I sold two links on TLA at the end of the month, and they appear to be sticking this month, so my revenue there is up. I gained a link at LinkWorth and lost a cheaper one. In both these cases, the new links were for Project B-2 Bomber, whose price I lowered on both systems. Also, on TLA, the new links were bought immediately after I went from allowing 8 links to 4 - I was thinking, what the hell? On B-2 Bomber I do not want to offend anyone with too many ads, so being one of four might be more valuable to people.

CrispAds has already rolled in a click for me. That’s not a huge earner, but it’s steady. Considering I only rotate it among banner ads, I’m pretty happy with the result.

No affiliate sales last month, I’m afraid. Unless you count the TLA and LinkWorth affiliate payouts, which I guess I should.

That’s really great. It looks like affiliates bring the least payouts. I figured this much. plus they make a site look bad unless they are from really good and useful sites. congrats I’m glade your doing great. keep up the good work I hope to hear more.
