CrispAds’ response

I did get a response from CrispAds. They don’t know why my emails sent via their contact form didn’t get answered, but are looking into it. So if you’re having trouble with them, skip that online form and send a real email to support@… and you should get an answer within a few hours.
They explained that they have changed their payouts to net-45, which means payments will come at mid-month. The reason they haven’t updated the FAQ is that they are dealing with “more pressing issues” such as verifying everyone’s info. (In the course of all this, I learned they didn’t have my correct PayPal address, and since I haven’t changed it since the last time they paid me, I’m not sure what’s gone wrong there.)
It sounds like they’re just disorganized at this point. Could be simple growing pains (I can’t imagine how the last owners left things), or it could always be a sign of a bigger problem. I’m going to give them another pay period and see how it goes. If they get on top of things by then, cool. While I’m not earning a ton with them, they do outperform other PPC type ads for me.
