CrispAds: not paying and not answering emails

Once upon a time, CrispAds paid like clockwork. Then they stopped paying altogether. I made many efforts to contact them, to no avail. Then CrispAds was sold to a new owner, who actually paid me my balance. So I started using them again.

Their FAQ still says you get paid at the end of the following month if your balance is above $5. Mine’s been above that since July. No payments.

I emailed them last week. There could be a problem with my PayPal address, or a glitch in their system. These things happen, and they’re forgiveable as long as they get made up to me. I’d even forgive if they’ve raised the minimum payout level and neglected to change the FAQ. But their email system promises a response in 24 hours, and they still haven’t replied to my inquiry. That just pisses me off.

Which leaves me no choice but to bring it up here. I’ll definitely update you on what happens. But I tell ya this: if you have to publicly shame a company every time you want them to pay you by their own FAQ, that’s not worth it. I’m making a few bucks a month with these guys - nothing I can’t afford to lose. Especially if it looks like I’m not getting it anyway.
