BurstDirect, CrispAd payment issues, another commission

I recently had two sites accepted into BurstMedia’s new ad program, Burst Direct. To be honest, I’m really not sure I’ve figured it out yet - you get paid for impressions as well as clicks. It’s just started, so I probably need to give it some time before I can report anything very useful.
CrispAds’ payment FAQ still says:
Payments occur on or before the end of each month for the previous month’s balances, as long as your balance for the previous month is over $5. For graphical earnings, you will get paid on or before the end of each month for all ads that finished delivery for the previous month.
And I was paid under those terms twice, a while back. But it’s not happening that way now. I’ve written them for clarification more than once. Once I was told they’re on a net-35 system - as if I had some way of knowing that. But if that’s true, I should’ve been paid last month. My last email didn’t get a response. I fired off another one today. Will let you know what they say.
And I got another commission from CJ, bringing this months’ total earnings to over $200. I thought the summer was supposed to be slow?
