AdBrite offers ad tagging
by Sapphire (October 3, 2005)
AdBrite is now letting you tag your ad zones with all sort of information about your site’s content, what it can sell to visitors, and who’s visiting. This should help advertisers find sites that fit their requirements better than before, and gives you a chance to highlight just what your site can do for them.
I’ve sold more adspace via AdBrite than CrispAds, and I like the type of sites that buy from AdSpace, so we’ll see if this helps me sell even more.

I’m eager to try other publishers such as AdBrite soon as I build my blog empire.

is AdBrite better than google. on one of my blogs at http://www.astonvilla.biz i only have right side colomn and i can centre the ‘ad’ but the ‘your ad here’ is aligned left which doens;t look good so i take it out - but i really want it!
i email support but i get no reply …
atleast with google you know what you’re getting .. on other sites AdBrite is great. because it aligns left … i’m sure i’ll get it sorted and not even sure why i’ve rambled on here … sorry

You can center the “Your Ad Here” - see, I just did it. You just need to change the end div tag to: div align=”center”. I can’t type the code in here, unfortunately, but if you need more help, I could email you the instructions.
I think AdBrite and AdSense are both great, but it depends on your site’s needs. On this site, I do much better selling adspace on AdBrite than I do on PPC with Adsense (which used to be on here) or AdBrite. On another of my sites, AdSense does much better than the others. On yet another site, AdSense just doesn’t even deliver targeted results. AdSense is best for sites with lots of keyword rich content, especially if the keywords are popular.
I will say, however, that AdSense is so far probably the best of the bunch in a lot of ways. But I recommend experimenting with all of them some. You can even have both on one site.
